i want to return ny blackwidow v3 keyboard because thr rgb never worked since i bought it

I want a new one because the RGB hasn’t worked since purchase. I’ve tried fixing it. I’ve done the worst thing “look at Razer support” that didn’t help even after I downloaded a new driver and everything. I’m going to hope I get a new keyboard or something so I can sell it as unused. And my other razer products I used to have stopped working. My friends Razer laptop has needed the battery to be replaced multiple times. He spent more money fixing it than purchasing it.

RGB never worked…

Maybe it was overriden by Windows 11 (dynamic lighting setting - just disable this).
