I bought this product years ago and all I want is to record some 1080p videos of my nintendo switch but it doesn’t seem to be recognized on my computer, the capture card shows a red light and although it shows in device manager OBS does not recognize it as a video capture device.
I have tried many things including downloading old versions of razer synapse and I cannot get it to work. Please help, I do not have enough money for a new one.

I am currently having the same issue. Did you ever get it fixed? I have got it to briefly connect after downloading Razer Synapse 2.0 but it didn’t last long at all. So I know it can work, I am just not sure what the issue is.
