I was charged 45$ pre-authorization charge by Razer. Is this normal?

Hi guys, I bought Razer Mousepad on Razer store online last May 15 using my atm card. 1 week ago, Razer deducted (2 x 22.5 usd) in atm card and they said its for pre-authorization charge. After 10 days, they still never send back my money. I just wanna know if this normal? Is there a possibility that Razer will sent back my 45$ im my card? Thanks

    Never experienced a pre-authorization charge, bought plenty over the years.

      @FakeSlayer99 As far as I know, we do not have any sort of pre-authorization charges. Please send me your order number and a screenshot of the charges in question via PM. *Moving this to our Support forum for visibility, and I am locking the thread to curb conversation to PMs.
