I registered my headphones to my Razer account, but the email I received didn't have an activation code for the 7.1 surround sound.
I am having the same problem
Have you guys figured out this issue? I cant find the activation code for 7.1 surround souns
To everyone that did not receive an activation code after registering the headset, please send me the serial number of your headset, along with the email address associated with your Razer ID. I can use those to verify the model and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Let's continue from there.
