I was not sent the code for 7.1 surround sound after registering my Kraken TE to my account.


I registered my headphones to my Razer account, but the email I received didn't have an activation code for the 7.1 surround sound.

To everyone that did not receive an activation code after registering the headset, please send me the serial number of your headset, along with the email address associated with your Razer ID. I can use those to verify the model and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Let's continue from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
