i was selected as a winner and now they aren’t responding

Hi! So I was selected as a winner for the GGs to summer giveaway, and I never won anything this big before so I’m new to the process.

I’ve provided my information such as number, address, and name and they haven’t responded to me yet. I replied on Saturday at 5 am, and they messaged me at 8 pm Friday.

I’ll be fully honest I did spam them unintentionally because I was excited and wanted to express how excited I was, but does that mean I’m disqualified? The official RESPAWN by Razer account on TikTok messaged me, and my account is @_immortallotus_ on TikTok, Instagram, and here.

 

I have image proof of everything if any Razer support staff or admins can help me please!


Again if there’s any Razer support staff or admins reading this and are available I need help please! ^w^

Could you please send me a PM with a screenshot of the message you received stating that you won, and please provide the full name of the Razer TikTok account that messaged you so I can verify it on our end.  You can upload the picture of the message to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
