I won a giveaway but i didnt get a response

I recently won a giveaway, it was for the seiren quartz mic. I got emailed from an actual official razer email, I answered the same day giving all the info that was asked from me but I didn’t get a response back and its been 10 days now and I don’t know if I’m going to get the prize or not. I was really happy that I won a giveaway, can someone please help me out? Thanks
