I would like to know the status of an order that was purchased by a guest 3 weeks ago.


I made a guest purchase at the online store. I received the order confirmation email right away, but I still haven't received the shipping email for 3 weeks.
I also cannot check the order status from the link in the order confirmation email. What should I do.
