IceLake Razer Blade Stealth (Mercury White) eGPU help

Hi there. I have a Razer Blade Stealth with the new IceLake processor but not the GTX model and I cannot get my new Core X to initialize with an RX 5700 XT. All I get in device manager is an exclamation mark by the 'PCI Express Upstream Switch Port' under System Devices that says it isn't working because it cannot load the drivers. I have even tried reinstalling windows. I already have a case open about the infrared camera not working anymore with Windows Hello so I'm wondering if there's something wrong with my unit. Either that or maybe everything is BIOS / EC related? Can someone from Razer chime in? System information says I'm on BIOS 1.02 and EC 1.01 Thanks!

Hi there! Are you still having the same issues? Can you share a video or a screenshot of it? Was it working well before? When did the issue start?
