Good afternoon, I need help with "Razer Siren Mini". I bought this microphone in the Polish shop Allegro, it was travelling from Asia (China, probably), travelled for 15 days, here it came and so upset. I would like to reset the past owner, and I as the legal owner to be able to control my product. So if anyone has any ideas how to do it, I will be glad to read. Also please don’t just say talk to support, because I do not know how to do it on this f***ing site, this support is buried just as hell itself.

If it was registered with Razer ID, then it’ll bound to the 1st user account, and cannot unregister it.
