Im trying to buy, but its says that Razer is unable to send to my address

Im trying to buy a new mouse, but at the checkout it does not let me put my address because they are unable to send here. Are they having problems sending stuff to Puerto Rico in general or is there a chance im putting some wrong info? suggestions?

    Update: Webstore can ship to Puerto Rico US via FedEx International Priority. That said, there may be some pertinent issues affecting international shipping on the courier's side.

    Is this a new development? I ask because both my wife and I were able to purchase directly from Razer recently. My last order was in this year in June, and it got delivered to Puerto Rico.

      Thank you for the information. If I understand correctly, the store is not allowing me to purchase the items because of issues with FedEx?
