im trying to register my produkt and it says already registered

bought mice at 21.10 didin’t register right away because it didint work or somethink so i just let it go. Now i need to bind somethink on it but it says its already registered allthought i dont have any think registered on this acount (i dont have any other acounts). And i have no clue what else can i even do about it other than to ask for support

    Where did you purchase your device? Please send me a PM with your mouse’s serial number and proof of purchase showing the reseller information so I can verify.
