I need help. I have Razer Kraken V3 X headphones that are still under warranty. I bought them in Canada, but now a scratch has appeared on the top part. I’m currently in Tunisia, and I want to ask: does the warranty still apply when I’m outside the country where I bought them, or do I have to return them to Canada?

Please note that warranty claims can only be processed in the country where the device was originally purchased. Since you bought your Razer Kraken V3 X in Canada, any warranty claim or replacement process would need to be handled within Canada.

If you have any questions, please send me a PM together with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format so I can check its warranty details. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
