Dear Razer Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

Last week, I received the Razer Huntsman V2 purple switch keyboard as a Christmas gift. However, it is in the Spanish layout, and as I am from Portugal, I would like to upgrade the keycaps to the Razer Phantom Keycap set. Before making the purchase, I would like to confirm whether the Razer Phantom Keycap set is compatible with the Portuguese layout.

Could you kindly confirm if the keycap set includes the Portuguese layout or if it is suitable for my needs?

If is not possible how can I resolve this situation, can I buy some caps to turn the layout correct to portuguese?

Dear Razer Team,

 

Regarding my questions, I understand that Razer, which sells keyboards, does not have all keyboards available, especially one of the most spoken languages ​​in the world (Portuguese) and only has the English and American layouts as basic and there is none that solves the situation of a true layout as in my case, although I want to solve my situation by buying the keys that can change it is not possible, correct? This problem already arises for many other users and has not yet been resolved, and apparently there is no solution in sight.  Thank you for your solution, best regards.
