Incompatibility with Black Ops 3 Steam Edition?

Hey there, I was wondering if any other Razer users encountered this very strange interaction with Black Ops 3 on Steam, where if I use my Razer Viper Ultimate in the game, it removes my profile off of the mouse and Razer Synapse no longer senses that my Viper Ultimate and Dock are even connected to my computer for some reason. Synapse will not realize that those devices are connected again unless I restart my computer after exiting the game. I was wondering if any of y'all have had similar experiences and if there was a solution available.
