Hi

Bought a Razer gold card of $140 and the serial code is not complete

Hey Ayo33,

I have limited access to this part of our system, but to get this resolved quickly, please submit a ticket or contact our Razer Gold Support Team via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right. This will allow us to sort out the issue in real-time.

When you contact them, please include all relevant information and photos of the card with the over-scratch code. Ensure you follow these specifications:

  1. Submit each image separately.
  2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt in one photo.
  3. Avoid blurring or marking on the gift card and receipt.
  4. Reduce the file size, if possible.
  5. Ensure the images are clear and show all four corners.
