ineligible for support and have a cracked screen

I have been trying to contact support in order to get my screen repaired but unlike previous times contacting whenever I put in my serial number it says I am "ineligible for free support" So does this mean that I am just out of luck and Razer will not help me out or am I missing something? Best, Knish.
