I'm trying to install a surround sound but I'm getting an infinite loading screen. I've already removed the antivirus from my computer, but it still hasn't worked

And same problem with synapse

Hi 632201H12331591,

I understand you're having trouble with your surround sound and Razer Synapse software, both leading to infinite loading screens. To isolate the issue, please try the troubleshooting below and hopefully resolve these issues:

  1. Try to restart can resolve temporary glitches causing installation problems.

  2. Make sure your computer meets the system requirements for both the surround sound software and Razer Synapse.

  3. Ensure that all your audio drivers and USB drivers (if applicable) are up to date. You can do this through the Device Manager by searching for it in your system settings. Update your graphics driver as it might also affect the installation process.

  4. Besides antivirus, check for any other software that might interfere with the installation, such as firewalls or background applications.

  5. Right-click the installation file and select "Run as administrator" to give it the necessary permissions.

  6. Ensure your internet connection is stable during installation, especially for Razer Synapse which might require downloading additional files.

  7. Clear Cache and Temp Files. Use a program like Disk Cleanup to clear temporary files that might be conflicting.

  8. Uninstall the existing installations of the surround sound software and Razer Synapse from the Control Panel

  9. Make sure your Windows operating system is updated to the latest version as updates might fix compatibility issues.

If you've tried all these steps and are still facing issues, please PM so I can check for other workarounds. All the best!
