My basilisk v3 is not working because of the infinity scroll and that was the only reason i got the mouse and i think its a software issue because when i installed synapse it bricked my mouse and worked 4 hours on it to realise it was the scroll wheel

Did the issue with the scroll start immediately after installing Synapse, or was it working for a while before the problem occurred? Have you tried using the mouse with different USB ports or on a different computer to see if the problem persists? Was there any recent update or change in your system or software configuration before the issue began? To isolate the problem, please try to disable Razer Synapse and if closing software fixed the issue, perform reinstall your mouse drivers, and a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
