I received my Recluse Mini keyboard in good condition. Thank you!
After receiving it, I was reading through the user manual, but I couldn't find any information about macOS compatibility.
I'm a Mac user, so I'd like to ask: Does this keyboard officially support macOS, or is it only designed for Windows?
The keyboard itself works for basic typing on my Mac. However, the Windows and Alt keys remain in their Windows-specific positions, and there doesn't seem to be a way to remap them through the keyboard's software.
Unfortunately, the key assignments appear to be fixed, and users cannot customize them according to their preferences.
While I can still use the keyboard for regular typing on macOS, as you may know, the positions of the Command and Option keys are particularly important for Mac users.
I also confirmed that the keyboard is not detected by the configuration software when running it on my Mac, as the software appears to be Windows-only.
It's really disappointing because I received a great keyboard, but as a Mac user, I'm unable to take full advantage of its features.
Is there any possibility that macOS support could be added through a future firmware or software update?
I would really appreciate it if you could consider providing macOS compatibility in the future.
