"I attached the receipt for purchasing the product to obtain the THX audio activation code, but Razor has not sent me the activation code. When can I expect to receive the THX activation code?"

    Please be informed the the Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed comes with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse 3. Please follow the steps in this article to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones. I hope this helps. Feel free to send me a PM if you need additional assistance. Have a great day!
