Dear Razer Support,

We are a company considering purchasing 15 Razer headphones and would like to register them under a single company email address. Before proceeding, we would like to confirm whether this is possible within your system.

Our questions:

  1. Is it allowed and technically possible to register 15 Razer headphones under one company email address?

  2. Are there any limitations regarding the use of Razer software or warranty claims for multiple devices on a single account?

  3. Can the 7.1 surround sound feature be activated for all 15 headphones under the same email address? If not, what would be the best way to activate this feature for multiple devices in a business environment?

  4. Are there alternative solutions for businesses managing multiple Razer products?

We would appreciate your guidance on the best approach.

Looking forward to your response.

  1. Technically it’s possible
  2. If you mean the 7.1 surround then yes - only 1 PC at the time can use this
  3. I’d recommend to register it to a different email (or even alias), because each 7.1 surround will use different login into 7.1 surround app and they’ll not lock out each other (see upper answer)
  4. I don’t think so.

Thank you for your response. We appreciate the clarification on registering multiple Razer headphones under one email address and the 7.1 surround sound limitation.

Since we are a company, we would like to ensure that user accounts can be managed efficiently. Employees may leave the company, and we need the ability to transfer or modify the associated accounts easily.

Our questions:

  1. Is there a business solution that allows us to centrally manage multiple Razer headphones and their 7.1 surround sound activations?

  2. If we must use separate email addresses, can we use alias-based emails (e.g., employee1@company.com, employee2@company.com) and manage them under a single administrator account?

  3. What is the best practice for companies using multiple Razer devices while ensuring seamless account management and employee transitions?

We would appreciate any guidance or alternative solutions that may work for our situation.

Looking forward to your response.
