I am currently interested in purchasing the Razer Blade 16 (2025).
I was informed that in order to receive the laptop by delivery, it must be received either in person or by an authorized representative. However, I am currently attending university and am often away from home, and my friends are also quite busy, so it is difficult for us to stay home during the day.
If, for example, I am able to be at home around 2 PM on Friday, would it be possible to schedule the delivery for that specific time?
Additionally, if I am frequently unable to stay home on weekdays or weekends, could you please let me know what alternative options are available for receiving the package directly?
I have also seen that there are some concerns regarding quality control issues with Razer laptops, and that some customers request exchanges or returns because of this. If the product I receive also has an issue, is there a specific email address or contact point that I can reach out to immediately?
