Inquiry regarding missing 7.1 Surround Sound activation code after product registration

Hello,

I recently registered my Razer headphones on my Razer ID account, but I have not received the email containing the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.

I have thoroughly checked all my email folders, including the spam and promotions tabs, but the email is nowhere to be found.

Could you please verify my product registration and send or reissue the activation code to my email?
