Insider Achievements
Hi all,
I'm trying to get more involved on this platform so why not start here. For some reason I claimed 5 or 6 achievements but my silver balance hasn't gone up any on the cortex software but has through the web browser and for some reason I can't claim any more achievements. Did I do something wrong or is this a known issue?

If it's shown up on here, but not in Cortex, try logging out of Cortex and logging back in again. I seem to remember something like that happening to me a while back, and when I logged back in, it showed up right away.
As far as not being able to claim any more achievements, I'm going to take a step back and let somebody on the Support team who can really look into that for you take it.
