Were there any changes applied to your system before the issue? Are you using a personal computer and connected to a home network? Make sure that your antivirus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or applications. Please run all available Windows updates and install the latest Windows .NET Framework. I have the same problem and it doesn't change anything. do I need to reformat my computer to reinstall the razer synapse again?

Then, try restoring your computer from an available restore point and check if the issue persists by following the steps here.
