I have a Razer Blade 15 2020 base model. For the last 2 days I've been trying everything to fix a wifi network adaptor issue, which is stopping me from using wifi at all. I've had to physically plug in a network cable to my switch to even get on line and create this post. I've searched the web and tried so many things, updated the driver, removed an re-installed the driver, reset my network settings, updated my Windows 11 to the latest and greatest ... nothing fixes this issue :(



I really need some help please.



I also noticed some other USB device driver has some issues ... not sure if this is related or not. Funny thing (probably sad actually) i found another post in this forum from 2020 stating pretty much the exact same thing.



Hopefully someone knows what's going on and can help me out. Thanks in advance.

You can follow the steps here for further isolation. PM me the serial number should the issue persists so I can validate its model and start a case for a possible repair request. Thanks!
