I just bought a brand-new Razer Power Up Bundle that comes with a mouse, a keyboard and a headset. The headset comes with a free activation code for razer 7.1 surround sound. Unfortunately, as it is shown in the image, it says that the code is invalid. Any suggestions on what I can do?

    Please send me the serial number of the headset and a photo of the scratch card. I'd appreciate it if you can share the proof of purchase as well, so I can submit a code generation request on your behalf. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
