I’ve replied to your PM, I understand that you’re experiencing an error when trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound using your activation code. A possible reason for this issue could be that you have installed THX Spatial Audio instead of the correct 7.1 Surround Sound software.
To resolve this, please ensure that you download the correct software in this link. Let me know if this solves the issue.
