I bought a Headphone and came across the 7.1 surround function, it comes with the QR code to download the application, when I went to activate the function it asked for an activation code, but it did not come with the product, I requested the code from SUPPORT and finally got the activation code, but when I entered the code in the application it appeared "invalid activation code"
