I bought a Headphone and came across the 7.1 surround function, it comes with the QR code to download the application, when I went to activate the function it asked for an activation code, but it did not come with the product, I requested the code from SUPPORT and finally got the activation code, but when I entered the code in the application it appeared "invalid activation code"

I understand that the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code isn't working. To resolve this issue, please make sure to download 7.1 Surround Sound software and follow the instructions here. Should you have any other concerns, do not hesitate to PM me. Stay safe!
