I got the Blackwidow V4 Pro thinking i was getting the New huntsman, unfortunately by the time it arrived i had only just figured that out…. now I'm trying to send it back for a refund or exchange but the order code is appearing as invalid and so i can’t submit it. (I opened the box plugged it in and went to see if it had the new key thing and it didn’t and that's when i realized)

Thanks for alerting us about this. Make sure that your order number is correct and you can try initiating another return. If it still shows invalid, then send me your order number via PM so I can check it in our database. I’ll see what I can do from there.
