Invalid Secure Boot error, Deployed mode locked, cannot toggle Secure Boot

Hi,

I installed the recommended BIOS update on my Razer Blade 16 (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14222).
On reboot, it displays the following error: “Invalid signature detected. Check secure boot policy in setup.”

I tried disabling Secure Boot temporarily, but System Mode shows Deployed, Vendor Keys Active, and Secure Boot option cannot be selected to disable.
I have AMI BIOS Version 2.22.1287. Windows will not boot.

I am completely stuck in BIOS menu, even after trying restore defaults. 

Any help would be appreciated.
