Invalid Secure Boot error, Deployed mode locked, cannot toggle Secure Boot, AMI BIOS Version 2.22.1288

My Razer Blade 18 is stuck in BIOS with an Invalid Secure Boot error. System Mode shows Deployed, Vendor Keys Active, Secure Boot is greyed out and cannot be toggled. AMI BIOS Version 2.22.1288. Windows will not boot. I need a BIOS update or BIOS key reset.

Completely stuck in BIOS menu, even after trying restore defaults. Won't let me boot the Windows 11 USB drive even after choosing it as boot override.
