help ive been trying to register my new seiren microphone and i havent been able to due that it says that the serial number or product number is not detected, ive tried switching the o’s and 0’s. also synapse 4 cant detect my microphone even though windows can

I’ve responded to your message. I understand that that the Razer Synapse 4 doesn’t detect your mic and the serial number shows as unrecognizable. Please take clear photos of the serial number (S/N) located on your microphone and upload it to Google Drive, set the sharing permissions to “Anyone with the link can view,”.
