Hi support. I have the same problem.

  • I have placed an order without having an account.
  • Got the shipping confirmation mail with the invoice link.
  • The Invoice download link in my order does not work.
  • Order does not show up in my account. (Which I created after placing the order, but with the same email address)

 

I need help with the following:

  • How to link this order to my account and have access to the invoice?
