iPhone USB Charging

I just got a Razer Blade 15 Base model and can only charge my iPhone 8 or iPad from one of the USB ports. Am I missing something?

    If you want to transfer files, you have to have something like iTunes.

    I don't want to transfer, just charge from the laptop. The iPad registers as charging on only one of the 3 USB ports. It's confusing, as I thought all 3 ports where USB 3.1

    All 3 USB ports are 3.1 so this may have something to do with the settings. Can you send me a PM with the serial number of your RB15? Also, which of the USB ports are not working properly?
