is it normal for my keyboard to just... not work?

So, Its been a while since I used my ornata chroma V2, and before I stopped, only the numbers above the letters didnt work. Now, I plugged it back in after give or take 4 years. Now nothing works at all except (when i was on monster hunter) alt and esc. And after closing the game, both of them stopped working too. So then I launched synapse, and the LEDs work, but the keys themselves dont work anymore still. Help would be appreciated, cuz I dont wanna have to buy a new keyboard if I can avoid it.
