Is it possible to buy replacement chair parts for Iskur Chair?

Hello, the seat plate on my Iskur Chair (RZ38-02770300-R3U1) broke (I’m like 100lb below the limit so idk why!), causing the seat to lean forward and dump me out if I try to sit in it. I got it in 2022 so I’m outside warranty, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to buy a replacement part so that I can try to fix it myself. Thank you.

Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send photos of your receipt/invoice and the broken plate so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
