Is it possible to buy replacement parts? Razr Iskur Chair

Hello Razr Support!

 

My Razr Iskur chair appears to have failed, I was wondering if it’s possible to buy replacement parts? (if available)

 

I have done my homework with the diagram from the seat set up and it appears I need a seat base due to broken welds. 

The parts on the diagram are parts H and J. I really like this chair and would like to keep it as it functions very well I’m aware it is 4 years old but other than the base still in great shape.
