Hello razer support,
I figured out the problem that I previously had required help for. The issue seems to be that the dongle for my Razer Nari Ultimate was dying and now its time has come. Cause I get the notification that it connected with my pc and after a few seconds it disconnects .I was wondering if you can check availability for a replacement or give me guidance if you think the problem is cause by something different.
