Is it possible to get a Razer Ornata Chroma wrist wrest replacment?

The wrist wrest on my Ornata Chroma has started to peel in places. I know the Razer store offers 2 different wrist rests as accessories/replacement parts, but I would rather have the same model that originally comes with the Ornata. If this is possible, how can I go about contacting Razer about it? Razer support does not recognize my keyboard's serial number so I can't file a contact reason there. I also tried calling Razer customer support, but no one answered. I will try calling again tomorrow.

    I have the same question. Would like to replace the wrist reset on my Ornata Chroma with the original style that snaps to the keyboard. Seems like there should be a part number we can get to order a replacement.

    Me three! I need one too. I have tried other wrist rests, but no others feel as good as the one that came with the Ornata Chroma. Razer, please put some up for sale somewhere.
