A week prior to the new 18 launching I bought an 18 to take advantage of a credit card sign up bonus. At the time of sale I noticed the highest model was not available, and I started spreading rumors at Level1Techs, which Wendell confirmed the day I received my laptop and all the reviews started launching.
On the return page, I do not see an option for in store credit. I pretty much want to return this for the new model. Is it possible to get in store credit or a gift card, instead, which I just apply to the new version?
If I get in store credit I keep the credit card sign up bonus. If I receive a direct refund I lose them.
