Is it possible to record mouse movement for a marco?

I have an Orb Weaver Chroma and am looking to create a macro. It will start with keystrokes (this is fairly straight forward) but the then to record character, left turn, prior to more keystrokes. Is this possible with Synapse 2? It appears it might be possible with Synapse 3, but for whatever reason the device only works with the older version 2?
