Is it possible to return a razer product if I have had it for exactly 28 days

So I want to return my Razer mouse because that my mouse is freezing for absolutely no reason some of the time even after I used another pc, and repaired my Synapse. So I got really annoyed of that and my friend told me that I can return a razer product if it is not later then a month, so I am just asking if it is possible for me to return it after I have had it for 28 days
