My Notebook specifications
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points
Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 21H1
Installed on ‎7/‎16/‎2021
OS build 19043.1320
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0

Would it be safe to install these 3 Drivers from 2016 found on my Laptop's support page?

Also when I Google the Devices, such as "Synaptics Touchpad Driver", there is a more modern Driver from other companies, would it be better to use that instead?

For example

The reason why I want to install these old Drivers is because my Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Touchpad does not work normally 100% (They do work, which is great but some issues)

For example with my Bluetooth

In Device Manager, I noticed they been replaced by Generic Microsoft Drivers (Maybe I messed up and uninstalled them at some point), like "Generic Bluetooth Adapter" instead of "Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Bluetooth 4.1"

Should I uninstall all the greyed out duplicates devices?

I don't want to play around and error my Laptop, advice would be appreciated
