Yesterday I received a mouse I bought on Mercado Libre, but when I connected it, Synapse 4 didn't detect it, and Windows only detected it as "USB GAMING MOUSE" or "HDI-Complaint mouse." So I'd like to know if it's a counterfeit so I can request a refund for piracy, since it seems strange that it's not detected as a Razer device.

I understand that you mouse since Razer Synapse 4 isn’t detecting it and Windows only shows it as a generic "USB GAMING MOUSE" / "HID-compliant mouse," I need to verify a few information to check its authenticity, so please send me a PM with the device’s serial number and a clear copy of your receipt from Mercado Libre. Also be aware that some resellers on Mercado Libre are not listed as Razer Authorized Resellers, which can increase the risk of receiving counterfeit products. All the best!
