Is my Deathadder v3 Broken?

I was playing Rainbow Six Siege with the mouse and I felt it was a bit jittery, the aim I mean so I went and checked the Razer Synapse App to see the polling rate, it was set to 1000hz so I went ahead and tried to check it online, whilst on 1000hz set in synapse, on the browser or even the razer polling rate test it was reading 125hz max. If I set in synapse to 8000hz, only then the razer app for polling rate was reading 1000hz, something is wrong with it.

Note: I had a pulsefire haste 2 from hyperx before, it could also go up to 8000hz polling rate but I never got wrong readings on that. Something feels off on this one, the aim is jittery, I am afraid the mice got a mismatch on polling rate values.

I tried changing the USB port, updated firmware, everything. I don’t know what to do anymore

Hey there, @dataAvocadoawesome750

I understand that you are having issues where your mouse’s polling rate is not matching the value set in Razer Synapse. Does the issue occur only in a specific game (like Rainbow Six Siege), or does it happen across any application or polling rate test? Please confirm if the problem occur with or without Razer Synapse running in the background?

Please send me a PM together with your device’s serial number so I can check its details here in our system and assist you further. Thank you!
