Is my headset charging?

I got the kraken kitty BT edition. Tried charging it like it said. At first the green light was blinking, then it suddenly stopped and there was no light. Tried unplogging the port and charging again, blinked once then stopped glowing. Tried turning on the headset, nothing... what should i do?

    Did you recently purchase the headset? If yes, please charge it for 3 hours or until it gives a solid green light. Ensure to connect it to the USB port of your computer. Should the issue persists, please contact your merch and have it replaced or submit a case to our Support Team. I’ll be locking this thread now.
