Well, a week ago I paid for my Razer mouse at an online store that is well known in my country; it's reliable so I didn’t doubt its authenticity. Today, November 19th, the package arrived. It felt comfortable, but when I tried to install Synapse 4, it didn’t detect the mouse. I checked some videos to look for a solution but nothing worked, so now I want to know if the mouse is the cause or if there’s a problem with my laptop
I had checked the product reviews, but they had no problems, even when installing Synapse. That is one of the reasons why I didn’t suspect the product was fake. I would appreciate help so I can get a refund and buy it from the official Razer website. 😢
