Is my Razer Cobra legit?

So i bought this Razer cobra online, and it does look pretty authentic

I connected it to my laptop and the updated razer synapse recognized the mouse

But as i tried to check online using it’s serial number, it says error occurred

Let me check on your mouse. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check what’s causing the error?
