I just purchased a mouse from one of the biggest webstore of my country, but the synapse didn’t identify it. I made many attempts what I found about the driver issue and finally I checked the SN, but the razer system didn’t recognized it. I have a feeling that it’s a fake one.

Is it a real one and I’m the idiot or is it fake? If it’s a fake one how can I get some feddback from Razer about it to get a refund?
